These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the NOODAZ website. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

🛒 PRODUCTS
All products offered for sale are described with as much accuracy as possible on the product pages. Photographs are non-contractual and may vary slightly from the actual product due to lighting or screen settings.

💰 PRICES
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (TTC). Prices may be modified at any time, but products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order validation.

🚚 SHIPPING
Free worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

💳 PAYMENT
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. NOODAZ does not store any payment information.

✅ ORDER CONFIRMATION
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

📦 DELIVERY
Estimated delivery times are detailed in our Shipping Policy. NOODAZ is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.

⚖️ RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
In accordance with European consumer law, EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, without needing to provide a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at nadabelazouz@gmail.com.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.

⚠️ WARRANTY
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years for EU customers) and the warranty against hidden defects, as defined by the French Consumer Code (articles L211-4 to L211-14) and the French Civil Code (articles 1641 to 1649).

🚨 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NOODAZ cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of products, force majeure events, or events outside its control. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

🏛️ DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to find an amicable solution. If no resolution is reached, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform:

You may also contact a consumer mediator. In the absence of resolution, French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

⚖️ APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
