NOODAZ Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at NOODAZ. We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell.

📅 RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

✅ ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Unused items in original packaging
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Wrong items received
- Damaged items upon arrival (with photo evidence within 48h of delivery)

❌ NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Used or worn items
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery
- Hygiene-related items after use (poop bags, paw balm, brushes)
- Items returned without prior contact with our customer service

💰 REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

📦 RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item was defective
- The wrong item was received
- The item was damaged upon arrival

🔄 EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

📧 HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at nadabelazouz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Ship the item back following our instructions
4. Once received, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days

⏰ CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled.

🇪🇺 EU CUSTOMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with European consumer law, EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, without needing to provide a reason. This right is in addition to our 30-day return policy.

🛡️ LEGAL WARRANTY
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years for EU customers) as defined by the French Consumer Code.
