Thank you for choosing NOODAZ. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

✈️ FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We offer FREE shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Wherever you are, we deliver to your doorstep at no extra cost.

📦 ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed

🌍 DELIVERY TIMES
- 🇪🇺 Europe (France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Italy, etc.): 7-15 business days
- 🇺🇸 North America (USA, Canada): 10-20 business days
- 🌏 Rest of the world: 12-25 business days

⏱️ SPECIAL NOTICE — PREMIUM PRODUCTS
Our All-in-One Dog Grooming Vacuum Kit and other premium products may require 2-4 weeks for delivery due to their specialized nature. The estimated timeframe is mentioned on each product page.

📍 ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package at any time using this number.

📬 SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. NOODAZ is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

🚨 DELAYS
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Customs processing (international orders)
- Holiday seasons (Christmas, Chinese New Year)
- Weather conditions or carrier disruptions

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

💰 CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
For international orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply, depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

📦 LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund.
